Very disappointed in Deb and the clinic... I called many times and left voicemails. I went to the clinic after getting no response or call backs and the door was locked and it was by appointment only. Deb was very dry and rude when I confronted her about all the calls I made and I left a voicemial to cancel an appointment that she charged me for and told me she never received a call or heard a voicemial. Basically telling me I'm a liar. I had a gift card there and had to use it as they would not give me my money for it. I absolutely do not reccomend this place or Deb at all!!!!!!!
I have gone to many other skin clinics and have had absolutely wonderful experiences with every single kind professional which is the opposite of what I can say about Deb!!!

My personal experience at 1st Impressions was fantastic. NP Deb Hart is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable to address any concerns you may have. I would definitely recommend going to 1st Impressions FIRST for a consultation

Laura is a true expert at what she does. Her technique is precise, and the results are flawless, natural and refreshed without looking overdone. She is always so friendly, she makes you feel so comfortable, and she is always so professional. I’m always so happy with my results afterwards, and impressed by her skill and attention to detail. I attended a skin consultation with Tara and it was a great experience! I was impressed by her knowlegde about skin conditions and products / services that would best fit my specific needs. She recommended a product that I've started using and I have not seen my skin look this good in years!

I cannot say enough about the entire staff at First Impressions. From Sam at reception who is warm, welcoming, and efficient to Laura & Sam (nurse) who offer a strong combination of both science and artistry. Truly masters in their field. To Tara, a wealth of knowledge in skincare and aesthetics. All deserve a 5 STAR rating ++. They are a remarkable crew of highly educated and talented professionals.

Last year it was pointed out to me that I was starting to thin out pretty badly at the crown of my head (genetic trait with age). I consulted with the professionals at First Impressions and had a PRP (plasma rich platelet) treatment performed. I am overjoyed and amazed with the results and am attaching pictures, before first treatment, 3 months later after second treatment and 6 months later. The thing that amazes me is that by using part of my own body (blood) they were able to stimulate my hair follicles to rejuvenate and start growing hair again. Everything was clearly explained in my consult. VERY happy with the results.

I had an appointment with Anna today and I can not say enough good about her. I was very nervous and have waited a long time to take the leap and make the appointment. She made me feel so comfortable and was very meticulous about what she was doing. I am very happy with my results so far and I’m excited to go back again! Thank you so much Anna, it was an absolute pleasure.

I had the mole removal procedure (perfect touch) 4-5 times on the same spot and it still came back. I was then told to try a gel for in-grown hairs which I did, then laser hair which I also did for the perfect touch to work. None of the recommendations worked.
I was told by another clinic that it probably was not performed deep enough to get the root of the mole. It’s unfortunate as it was a waste of money, I spent nearly $400 just on perfect touch alone to remove a tiny spot on my face and it’s still there. So long story short, the perfect touch does not work on moles under the skin. Don’t waste your money.
I still gave 2 stars as the staff are friendly here and I’m sure the other services are great just not this one and I wish they would’ve told me that.

I had an appointment book for May 15, it got canceled on that day by the office, I finally was able to get re-booked for a consultation for May 30. When I showed up, they had the wrong name down and what the appointment was for. I showed them my message as they just messed up the booking. I was told that what I was in for wasn't recommended for me and should go with somelse which was almost doublt the cost. I paid a refundable 50$ deposit which I still haven't received back. I had contacted there sale rep 4 times since May 31st with no reply. I have heard from them on May 16th and he was waiting on the owner to see about giving me my deposit back. This is not a good first experience. I guess there really need my $50

Anna did my Botox and she was well prepared before my appointment. Answered all questions and concerns I had. Was flexible to meet my appointment time. Procedure was quick and painless. It has been a few days since my procedure and I absolutely love my results!

Fav spot!!! The ladies of First Impressions are so knowledgeable, professional and kind. I've gone to Madelyn for several services and she is so sweet. She makes you feel very comfortable and is a Rockstar with the laser. Anna has given me an assessment for botox/fillers and really made me feel at ease about it all. She is gentle, explains everything in detail and definitely knows her stuff!
